There are many different possibilities for this problem. For example, it could be that a moderator or admin have muted you out of spite, or maybe you were talking to loudly in the chat. Other than that, it could be A SKILL ISSUE

Same happened with me i wasnt even talking in chat and I got perm muted by someone called stagery
