i am using the mod in training role template from LordBacon.it is much better because most people will go out to other servers after a while, and not much people will stay dur to the increasing amount of scammers.This is what I feel to be an improved version of it:

1. At least 14 years of age
2. Able to log on at least once a day for at least half and hour
3. Able to  be on the arch website for -5 minutes a day
4. have a working mic to talk to other staff.
5. Be morally sound
6. nevet been permanently banned.
7. At least have a B+ average in school(it’s rlly not that hard)

mod-in-training perks:

1.able to give out epic and legendary ranks as compensation to those who get scammed(free for mods)

will add some more.

I mean b+ average i edited it alr.

I understand people struggle with Spanish as i have an equivalent in my institution, however, an average of b+ is not that hard and even if u fail Spanish, it shouldn’t affect too much. Plus we want to make sure training as a mod does not affect so u are still able to log on.
