Whenever i pvp on arch duels are anywhere in arch my hits register 50% of the hits and i can NOT win any games like this

prob. just your ping, or your lag. 
1. decrease render distance

2. turn particles to minimal

3. turn entity shadows to off

4. make sure you do not have any fancy graphics (ex: fancy graphics, smooth lighting, SHADERS, ect)

that should make your fps higher. For your ping, try getting closer to your internet router, or to a place where you would get better wifi. Hope that helps!

When you lag sometimes your hits stop registering if this happens right after you lag disconnect and then reconnec. Happens in boxing and sumo the most.

roBOTing, this is a common prob, i have 60 ms and soemtimes hit reg(once every 40)

its bad for me since i click 7 cps to not get banned for clicking 23 CPS

You don't get banned for butterfly clicking, only dragging is a problem for people because it can trigger the anti-cheat, but I think badmin knows that clicking 20 cps is normal for some people.
