Im building a lazer tag arena and I'm wondering if I can stop people from breaking blocks. I also want to allow the use of levers. Another thing is that can the owners of a plot fly when the game is in survival mode? I wanna fly around while others are on the ground :D

I know u cant fly and you would have to claim the land maybe use the levers for them but if you can get an elytra that may work by building a random sky platform
