Question: How is that possible -wich game mechanic is that following-, there are 5 baby zombies, at one place, naturally spawned, not farmed.

The place around is lightnend so it can only spawn on thee dark block? Idk it's my best guess

pack spawning or zombie reinforcement

its prob either 

a) a spawner (would have to have mobs leave 9x9 around spawner somehow so more can spawn)

b) lucky zombie reinforcement spawns

I just placed the torch, so you can see them. -my fullbright not making mobs bright-

Buttaducks1, u using another word for it, but it's right. Horde mechanic, if a zombie spawn, it have a chance, more spawn around it. Seems, u not coming for your money, ask me at Lifesteal, whenever u see me, give you your 10k.
