Since I'm not good at pvp, I was wondering if there was a way to get hearts other than just killing other people.

theres no way to craft hearts i think

You cannot craft hearts. however if you have enough money you can trade with people or buy them from /ah.

If you are an eaglercraft player just join with an alt in a new tab and kill it over and over again 

I never used this, but it probably will work
