cause saying the n word is against the rules? if am not mistaken you can check in the rules section how long you would be muted for depending on the severity and number of offenses, but other than that. Oof.

lol same happened to me once; i was in livesteal on an alt just chilling in portugese (3rd language) and i accidentally said “k” 3 times, twice, when in portugese its common to laugh that way, i got banned from chatting for 3 days if i remember well and i never appealed it, wish u luck

i think all bans should be assessed differently, maybe based on severity AND situation of the offence.
