Community Plot in Creative

Something arch's creative has been missing is a giant community plot where no permission is required to start building. Arch's current way of allowing community builds is REALLY tedious with permission, only when the owner is online, and whatnot. So maybe take 15 minutes and do this really quick with a /plot community. Thank you!
