Recommended Changes To The Banning Process

When admins/mods ban people for duping/cheating/hacking or whatever the reason is, i think the admin/mod should check if the user has posted any support tickets. I believe this should become a mandatory part of the ban system. The reason i bring this up is that I sent a support ticket warning the admins/mods about duping and even showed them how and my thoughts on why it was happening. I also burned all the stuff. I was perma-banned the next day. I believe that if the admin/mod had read the ticket before they bothered to ban me, i wouldn't have been banned.  Also if the admin/mod responsible for banning me has read the ticket I apologize but also wonder why am i banned if I reported the bug. Anyways, my point is if it becomes a mandatory part of the banning process to check if the user has sent any support tickets, several false bans including mine would never occur.

I agree, I got banned for a similar reason and made a ticke. now everyone thinks I’m a duper and the admins are convinced that I cheat

they should also fix the bans by fulcrum that happen for no reason even if the user did nothing wrong
