Staff requirements

Hey, I have suggestion that either may be a very good or a horrible idea. I think you should lower the age requirement to become a staff member. Heck, I don't think an age requirement should even be there, because if someone has patience, is familiar with the the rules, and knows the punishments for each one, why should there be an age requirement? Like it does not even make sense.  Most players here are elementary or middle schoolers, and some high schoolers, but once they get out of high school, it will be highly unlikely they would be willing to apply for staff or anything because they have grown out of it. This means you're limiting the security your server has.  I think that the age requirement should be at 11 or 12, because when you say most people are middle schoolers, that age requirement is gonna attract the most. On the bright side, lowering the age requirement can potentially increase security because of the new flock of staff members trying to join the team by over 60-70 percent. Maybe even more than that!

Bad idea, most staff members under 16 are more likely to admin abuse

bad idea if a guy is 10 and he appeals he mostly gonna abuse so ye bad idea.

Hey, if you meet all the other requirements, if you admin abuse you could get fired, you know? But still, age requirement to me sounds outrageous, and even more outrageous because most 16 year olds won't give a crap even if they do come across this server, and if they don't apply for staff, it will limit and hinder the security of this server. I'm just caring and suggesting here, so if this comment gets me banned, idk what to say.

age requirement may be a bit overkill but it's there for the life experience
