Flint and Steel/popup towers

So in bedwars, it's quite annoying to try to get the bed of someone who just spams popup towers everywhere. I always run out of fireballs and they can just quickly repair the defense with more towers by the time i'm done. So either nerf the tower or add a sped up flint and steel.
