The ability to Broadcast giveaways.

When I do giveaways, I find it very tiresome to spam the chat with - Doing a 1 MILLION Dollar Giveaway Details on giveaway forums. - lol I think there should be some designated person like a mod or admin who can broadcast the giveaway. I also think there should be a command /giveaway with a whole system with its own randomizer, that way the players know we aren't rigging the giveaway. I also think that people should be able to enter or view giveaways in game, as some people cannot access www.arch.lol because they use school computers. Thanks for listening!
