1v1s and 4v4s in Bedwars, Also Parties are automatically paired into teams

This would make Parties much more easy to use as the group of players wouldn't need to time their team joining.

I would enjoy 4v4, but it were ranked then it would be an issue cause a lot of people team grief and troll(i used to), most ppl won't take it seriously

This is already a feature of the new bedwars server (releasing soonish I think), for a while ranked players could preview it using /secretbw.

First of all, finally someone recognizes the concept of team griefing. I was once in a quads match and another opposing team had three extremely toxic players that trapped us in our own base using the mechanic that we couldn't place blocks in certain spawn areas, then started spawn killing us over and over for half an hour. All the while they laughed at us in the chat. Hoping that someday the admins will make /report actually do something, but I don't see it happening anytime soon.

Second, I do know about /secretbw but it's existed for like three months now and hasn't been added officially. I don't have a rank (wish I did, would make people actually respect me in lobbies and my friends notice me.), and right now the most achievable one is Youtube Rank (Because that wouldn't need me to buy anything, I have a budget of 0).
