add tools keeping system in archMC bedwars like HYPIXEL

in the most bedwars server , we don't lose the tools such as pickaxe and axe

in the most popular sever, hypixel, if somebody die in the game, the player lose the rank of tools

for example, if i was slain while having a golden pickaxe, I will respawn with iron pickaxe

I believe this option makes bedwars game more enjoyable, so please add the option.

Yeah, They need to fix it ASAP, along with the upgrades pricing which is 2x hypixel for some reason
