The server will reset, we all know that. But if you keep player data,  we'll keep the items we all worked SO hard to get. The only risk is that with the new land generation, people will be stuck inside blocks. Perhaps you could teleport every player to spawn after the reset? Keeping items is worth it.

Hmm. . . Yeah, good point. Didn't they say they were sunsetting Survival and Lifesteal?

idk.. maybe they could give every player with 100, 200 or 300 or so hours playtime tickets based on that to redeem for money or gear, or we could take a ss of our wealth and badmin gives us a certain amount of that wealth in return, for example rarer/harder to obtain things like spawners or beacons or heads (im gonna miss my garfield head, it is one of few)

E_Sandy they've tried that before and it doesnt quite work out as well as you think.
