I am the owner of the land NoobShop, a shop I set up. I want to make a way so that I can give people access to my villager trading hall by promoting them, but I want to make it so they have to pay taxes as well. Does anyone know how to do this?

U cant make them pay taxes currently but u can make it that u need to pay for permissions to use ur villager hall

how to do that

tell them to pay you money  if they don't u can ban them from ur land

thats mean though can I make a way for them to get promoted when they pay me money
