I mean something simple like this would work too! Just a bit more creativity would be nice to see is all.

also using miniMOTD would allow server gradient text and multiple icons to appear and change when people go to load in. 

I just feel this would draw in more people is all. Just my opinion.

looks good, I'd personally just go a little more simplistic with the logo. Just my opinion tho
