Does anyone know how people like hellochild have custom ranks like piggy and some other guy with the rank void

That was an old shop item 
Used to be $100
Once was $20 (I wish I bought it then)
Then it got removed

It reappears like once a year (or so i'm told)

you can just buy a custo tag

hopefully they add coston ranks back
