He said I'll pay u 4m for ur rank and phantom bundle I said ok and he said drop first so I did  and he ignored me after words

That’s just stupid on your part, NEVER give something like a phantom bundle first…always ask them for half the money before and half after

But he said he on God he won't so I trusted
