I think that Arch should great a Jr. Moderator role, for teenagers like us who are above the mature age of 14 (lol nothing is really mature about that) this role will require you to have at least 150+ hours of playtime to show that you are dedicated to the server, also be able to get on once a day for around 5 minutes at the least, Have at least B+'s in all of your classes, and finally a two-factor identification Discord and Arch account (With working mic of course). This role shouldn't have to much power only the ability to temp ban up to 1 year and mute for lifetime (Nothing Ip though). Honestly I think this would be great idea for people who want to become Moderators but aren't of age.

I disagree with cookie for 3 reasons: first of all, teenagers tend to usually have crazy ideas and act stupid once in a while so that would not be a good thing if they have power. Second of all, there are lots of Eagler kids joining Arch for the last few months and most of them are teens still in school and playing games behind their teachers' backs (I know that because myself and classmates) so there is already too much teens on the server so many of them may want to apply so that would be a pain for staff. 3rd and last of all, you need to usually be at least 16 year old for irl jobs and they must have a reason for that. I hope this will not destroy your dreams and make you cry in the corner for the rest of your life cookie, but this is facts.
