Hello I am Starified, aka the founder of the official spawn cpvp arena. That obsidian box you see west of spawn? Yea thats me.

Recently we have been getting griefed more and more and people are calling it a “death trap” I also notice.

I want to come on here for the first time to confirm its not a “death trap” It is simply a gift to the crystal pvpers of archmc, a public cpvp arena, taking away the need to trust other players to rtp 1v1 and not tp trap you or void trap you.

People keep griefing the arena and I really don't understand why, the purpose of it is for Crystal PvP players to use and have easy access to their favorite type of PvP.

But even though it keeps getting griefed people manage to pull through and we all fix it every time! :) This has been a huge hassle to upkeep, but it makes it better when everyone contributes in their owns ways.

now why am i making this message?
answer: to inform you on it, that is all

people mistake it for something its not and try to fill it with obsidian, we have cleaned the inside of the arena many times, and so have other generous people that come along to help!

so if you would, if you see that the box is bombarded with obsidian or blatantly griefed, try mining some of the obsidian, it really helps alot for people who want to have fun cpvping, as there is no official cpvp arena. we have upkeep this arena for almost a month now and i also plan to expand it maybe if lifesteal doesnt reset as soon as we think.

we will definitely be making one next season of lifesteal and i hope you guys are hyped!

i have come up with a solution for all the people regularly griefing the arena, i call it THE BLACKLIST

i will make a seperate forum from this and write down some names to start off and i will reply with more to add on to it.

if a player is on the blacklist it simply means i put them on there for their reoccuring destruction/griefing of the cpvp arena and causing us so much hassle to fix it

if a player is on the blacklist and you happen to spot them in spawn, make sure to try to attack them no matter what, give them a hard time, drain their armor, their xp, everything. fight them with multiple people until they die, escape, anything

as long as the people on the blacklist struggle to have fun at spawn pvping, i am satisfied, it serves justice for all the hard working individuals that clean this arena daily, like i said before, the blacklist will be on a seperate forum i will post shortly after writing this
