I designed this theater for possible use on the server. It would be mostly public, and could be rented by players for specific dates. Controllable lighting, flexible stage. It can hold 40 on the lower level and standing room on the mezzanine. Any suggestions to make it better? Is there anyone who thinks they would use it, or wants to fund it? (though investors aren't really needed, just if you want your name on it somewhere, and after reset so I don't expect people to have a bunch of extra money)

No exterior so far, but if you have ideas send images.

Stairs work as chairs in normal eagler, and I noticed they worked in beta too so hopefully :)
