When I tried to trade with villagers it says next restock will be in 9 minutes and it also says that the villager has to be stood above cobbledstone for some reason. Is this a new plugin or what? It’s rlly annoying

This is a new plugin, added on 8/25 to improve server performance.

No? there was a plugin added but I don't know what it does, as for the timer thing, it is a Minecraft feature called “restocking”. it is based on a timer system similar to how villagers don't always breed and would prefer to wait.
