**Concerns Regarding Gintamashi's Admin Conduct**   (1) Gintamashi has shown behavior not suitable for a leader role.  Their actions and failure to apply rules hurt the server's integrity.  Major concerns include:   Abuse of Authority: Gintamashi often uses admin powers in a harsh and unfair way.  This includes going after players based on personal feelings instead of sticking to community guidelines.   Uneven Rule Application: Even if the rules clearly say that trash talking can lead to penalties, Gintamashi doesn’t act against violators.  This creates a mixed message in the community and makes things confusing.   Harmful Atmosphere: By letting negative behavior slide and abusing their power, Gintamashi makes the gaming space unfriendly.  Players deserve fairness and a safe space to enjoy themselves.   General Poor Leadership: Gintamashi's lack of professionalism and balance reflects badly on the admin team and the entire server's name.   In conclusion, for the community's well-being and the admin team's trustworthiness, Gintamashi ought to be removed from their position and replaced by someone who respects the rules and treats others fairly.

Scythern gin is really chill and he’s one of the only mods that is active! he has to moderate nearly every fucking gamemode and he cant do everything. stop being so disrespectful and stfu. Maybe you apply for mod and see how hard it is!

Add that this admin never does his job well regarding that he never knows how to answer when you ask him: What to do to appeal an unfair ban? The only answer he gave me is: Let me wait for my punishment because he doesn't know what to do in these cases, and also every time I want to make a ticket this damn idiot closes it.
