Ingame Rules
Punishment Types
We categorize all punishments into three main categories: Chat, Gameplay and Client Modification Offenses. There is also a category called Miscellaneous Punishments which outline punishments that don’t fall into the normal punishment severities. Ingame offenses will be listed under these three categories below. Each punishment category has three sub-categories called a severity. The higher the severity, the longer the punishment. Also, the more of one type of severity you receive, the longer the punishment. Please note that Severity 1 Chat Offenses do not require a warning if the offense is reported with /report or a report ticket on the forums.

Warning: You will receive an in-game text warning.
IP Ban: Your IP Address will be banned.
Please note that the offences aren’t limited to the examples in this document! These examples are only meant to give you an idea of what the offences can look like.

Group Spam
Player sends a message that is intended to participate in spam, after staff have warned everyone verbally not to participate in the group spam.
This punishment is also used for players who reply to players who have Encouraged Group Spam.

Character Spam

Abuse of Another User/Disrespect/Harassment
Being intentionally abusive and disrespectful towards other players.
Harassment means continuous and ongoing bullying which is less severe than plain disrespect. | User: stfu, I hate you!

Excessive Accusations
Repeatedly accusing someone of hacking, scamming, ddossing, doxing or breaking the rules.

Arguments

Fake Messages

Discussing Unapproved Deals
Talking about an unapproved IRL deal or trade in public chat.
Only trades that include web store items, in-game items and in-game services are allowed. | User: I’m selling my inventory for $50 USD PayPal! Msg me!

Unrelated Links

Impersonating Staff Members

Bypassing Chat Filter
Finding a way to bypass the chat filter.

Encouraging Spam

Inappropriate Links

Racial/Religious/Political Disputes

Slurs/Discrimination

Death Threats or Wishes / Encouraging Suicide / Encouraging Self-Harm
Putting death threats on other players or wishing for them to die.
Encouraging other players to go hurt themselves in real life or encouraging suicidal acts. | N/A

DDoS Wishes / DOX Wishes / Swat Wishes / Rat Wishes

Chat Flooding
Sending several messages in chat (5+) in chat causing it to flood chat with a user’s message(s).
The activity of the chat and the context of the messages can be taken into consideration when issuing the punishment. | User: My plot is amazing!! User: Have you User: seen User: my plot User: yet?! | Severity 2 |
Advertising
Sharing the IP address, the website address, Discord link or web store link (etc.) of another server, or the join code of a LAN world. Advertising with fake IPs or addresses is also punishable. Sending an IP in private messages is not allowed either even if the other player has requested for it.
If a user accidentally pastes a server IP in chat or gets tricked into saying an IP, they can appeal it after 1 month. | User: Join this great server: <IP>!

Spambot

Phishing

Leaking Personal Information
Sending personal information of a user. These may include full name, address, IP address, private social media accounts or login information to accounts. Leaking fake personal information is also punishable.
Also punishable if the personal information is sent to the user whose information it is. Sharing your own information in public chat is also punishable unless proven or widely known that it is yours. | User: The IP of User2 is <IP>!!!

Excessive Chat Offenses
Having 40 or more Chat Offenses or Warnings combined. After being unmuted, the player is allowed to have 15 Chat Offenses or Warnings before being muted again for Excessive Chat Offenses.

Command Spam

Obstruction of Server
Purposely blocking the operation of the server or staff. This includes disobeying the instructions of a staff member.
This punishment is not limited to the examples on the right. | User continues to disrupt staff when staff is trying to do an important staff action.
User continues to build inappropriate builds after the build is removed by staff.
User fills the hopper system of another player with junk, in order to block the system from working. | Severity 2 |
Physical Obstruction of Others
Purposely, and physically blocking another user as a disruption. | User stands in the way when another player tries to build their base.
This does not apply to grave trapping in Survival. | Severity 2 |
Bug Exploiting (Minor)
Abuse of plugins/ features to gain an unfair advantage over others. | User finds a way to get out of combat tag early.
User glitches through a door or trapdoor.
User glitch-breaks a block that they aren’t supposed to break.
User freezes/lags their game while falling into the void on Bedwars to prevent dying. | Severity 2 |
Tricking Others Into Breaking Rules
Tricking players into breaking the rules on purpose. | User: Say the N word in chat to get $10 million!

Teaming / Cross Teaming
Teaming with a player who belongs to another team in Capture the Flag. | User in Blue team on Bedwars teams up with Green team to kill Red team | Severity 2 |
Inappropriate Builds and Signs
Creating a build to offend another player or generally offensive, explicit or racial builds. | N/A | Severity 2
Punishable if the creator of the build can be traced. (With logs, video recording etc.) |
Mute Bypass
Finding a way to bypass a mute in public chat or private messages.
Talking through signs or items is allowed. | N/A | Severity 2 |
Abuse of /report
Using the report system as a joke or using it repeatedly for submitting fake reports. | N/A | Severity 2 |
Scamming
Tricking someone into thinking something other than what was intended. Scamming in approved IRL trades is also punishable. See the “Scamming in IRL Trades” rule for more information. | User1 and User2 made a deal of trading 10 golden carrots for $100 in-game on Survival. User1 gives the carrots, but User2 teleports away.
User blocks the view of a chest shop with another chest shop, resulting in an unintended purchase. | Severity 3

Bug Exploiting (Severe)

Account Grinding
Using other accounts to farm kills, stats or money etc.

DDoS Threats / Rat Threats / DOX Threats / Swat Threats
Threatening to DDoS / Rat / DOX / Swat a player. | Joking about this topic is not tolerated! Even threats made as a joke can lead to a punishment!

Intent to Complete Unapproved Deals / Completing Unapproved Deals
Trading something other than in-game goods, in-game services or web store items or attempting to do a trade like this.

User trades a set of armor on Survival for a Minecraft account.

Any Use of a Hacked Client
Using any hacked client. Having a hacked client is enough for a ban, no hacks need to be enabled.

If a player has a watermark of a hacked client or a text such as “KillAura enabled” on their screen, they can be banned, even if the text is from another modification. | N/A

Using an external program or macro to modify your click speed / clicks per second.

Filling Signs Automatically (AutoSign)
Automatically filling signs with text whether it’s through a modification or a hacked client. | Player automatically fills a sign by using Schematica printer.

Use of Printer
Using the Printer feature of modifications such as Schematica or Litematica. Any other modifications which allow similar behaviour are also included.

Hacks Found in a Screenshare
A staff member discovers active use of a hacked client on the server during the screenshare or directly prior to the screenshare.
