There is no other way to report players via support ticket other than reporting players using cheats.

I know that /report exists on archmc minecraft, but this is ineffective to report players since it takes way too long for staff members to respond reports made from this command

i wouldn't recommend reporting players on archmc discord either because it will annoy staff members…? (from my experience, so it might not be accurate)
