Then people who aren’t p2w or aren’t allowed to buy things related to games or smth can buy things in-game if they have enough money.  Example: epic rank for 1 million or ethereal bundle for 25mil

I agree with this, it would allow players to grind to win or purchase an easy way (so the server would still make revenue). This type of system, similar to ones in hypixel skyblock and other popular servers, would allow players who do not want to spend irl money to still enjoy the game.
